Our dance fitness classes- are designed to work out your muscles, while strengthening the core section of your body. This helps improve overall balance and coordination. It combines yoga, fitness and aerobic movements. Dance fitness will help you burn calories, build stamina and tone your muscles.
We offer dancewear for sale and rent so that you can shine on the floor during the performances and feel comfortable in the training. Choose the shoes and clothes you need for dancing, and success will be inevitable!
