Fitness Classes for Women

Our general fitness classes for women take place every week, with convenient time slots for you to choose from. You don’t even have to commit to a whole session: walk-ins are welcome! All our classes are led by qualified fitness experts here at Dance DNA. They all have many years of experience not only in fitness but also in teaching classes effectively.
