Jonathan Rozenblit

Looking at Jonathan a few years ago, you wouldn’t think that he was remotely interested in fitness. Fitness was always a challenge he couldn’t conquer. But life does its thing and brings about change in interesting ways. He started off his journey to a fit life with just wanting to lose some weight so that clothes fit again. Fast forward some time, several fitness programs, and nutritional tweaking, Jonathan is now a completely different person, physically, mentally, and emotionally.Throughout his journey, he tried and tested various fitness formats, learning what works for different kinds of goals – weight loss, muscle growth, muscle tone and sculpt, flexibility training, and more. He’s explored how the right nutrition can accelerate progress. Lastly, and most importantly, he’s discovered the support and discipline that is needed to achieve results. Today, he brings all of that together as he coaches others to push their limits, achieve their goals, and realize new lifestyles. He looks forward to connecting with each of his students to help them push themselves to where they want to go.
